Egidio's 1976 F250

@BodyByHighboy : What Year Is Your Truck

@kassiethe76f250 : 1976

@BodyByHighboy : How long have you owned your truck?

@kassiethe76f250 : Kassie came home March 16th of 2022!

@BodyByHighboy : When you purchased your truck, what kind of truck were you looking for?

@kassiethe76f250 : I was just originally looking for any 73-79 f250/350 long bed!

@BodyByHighboy : If you could only share one story or experience with your truck, what would it be?

@kassiethe76f250 : There's been plenty of memories that I will never forget in her but by far the best one was early in the summer. I met this beautiful woman 2 years ago when I was home from college and life ended up getting in the way of things. She loves old fords just aswell and never had been in a dentside. Fast foward to the beginning of the summer and we reconnected for a bit. I took her out to a lake near my house and as we were going to leave I made her drive. Looking over to see her smile and the excitement in her face driving Kass was by far the best memory so far with hopefully many more to come! (she later told me she was worried to break anything when I was telling her to put the pedal down all the way). When we first met I told her by 27 I would own a dent and well she came home at 19.

@BodyByHighboy : What upgrades have you made to the truck?

@kassiethe76f250 : So far I've swapped the rear from drums to discs, replaced every component in the braking system including the lines, brand new holley 750 carb, new radiator, brand new stereo and added speakers, msd 6al ignition, and just in this week brand new cam, lifters, weiland stealth intake, straight up timing set, and valve springs.

@BodyByHighboy : What are your future plans with the truck?

@kassiethe76f250 : I'm torn between a 565 stroker kit or a diesel swap of some sort but as I'm young and dont need the reliability and better mpg of a diesel right now I'm leaning towards the 460 build and some sort of 5speed swap to replace the c6!

@BodyByHighboy : We love stories about trucks. . . do you have anything else you want to share about your truck?

@kassiethe76f250 : Theres been so many stories I can go on forever, everyone called me crazy for buying her but its all been smiles the entire way. Through the coolant leaks, the losing brakes, the ignition system giving out. I've learned a ton and am thankful for all I have learned. Before this the most I've done is brakes and oil changes. Kassies a hell of an old tank and my favorite vehicle I've owned! I'm also a photographer always looking to take pics of these old girls.
